Breaking Worship Free from Music

The Air I Breathe, by Louie Giglio, brings worship from the realm of on-stage musicians to the realm of real life. According to the author, his reason for writing this book was to clear up some of the confusion surrounding what worship is and to give us a good knowledge of how worship impacts our everyday life.

The author did a fantastic job at making his main point of what worship is, by giving us his definition early on and then basing each of the subsequent chapters on different pieces of that definition while reminding us of the whole.

I found the chapter length easy to digest and the content quite enjoyable.

Overall, I recommend this book for understanding the importance of worship in our daily lives. As the author states, “all of us are worshipers” and this book helps us to see the importance of choosing what or who we give our worship to.
